UK mainland: Postage by standard Royal Mail delivery included 

Overseas and non-mainland UK delivery - Please contact us for delivery and charges.

For Uk delivery please allow 7 days for stock items and up to 28 days if items are out of stock.

Returns policy:

We hope you are delighted with your Scarlett Plum products, however, if for any reason you are not, lampshades and bases may be returned within 14 days of receipt. The product must be in its original undamaged condition and packaging. A full refund to the value of the goods will be given, but we do not refund return carriage charges unless products received were incorrect or faulty. We carefully pack our products at this end. However, please check your parcel is not damaged before signing for it, as we cannot accept responsibility for any damage in transit if you not do so.  

Please note that parcels remain your responsibility until returned to us. Therefore we recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting or use a delivery service that offers insurance to the value of the goods returned.
